Property Management isn't for everyone.
Lots of people own property but not everyone lives locally or has the time to manage it so that others can enjoy it. Potential income earned on their investment is lost. That's where we come in.
As well as letting out our own, we can manage your property for you. The usual short-term rental platforms can be used and they can answer the phone for you but someonne still needs to be onsite to handle issues and face to face customer service ALWAYS provides an opportunity to recover issues or surprise ad delight your customer.
From simply welcoming your guests at check-in and seeing them off at check-out, to actively marketing your Thasos property* for you on our website and the usual holiday lettings platforms, we can do it for you!
